TNC comments: ECDC3.6 Noise bylaw Review – Proposed Amendments GENERAL COMMENTS The week given for review of the MLS report is insufficient given the complexity of the issues and the many changes proposed to the current bylaw and the lack of sufficient explanations for the changes, some totally new. The proposed amendments must be tabled at this time until the stakeholders have had a chance to meet with the ML&S staff to understand their rationale for some of their proposals

The Municipal Licensing and Services new report on a proposed new noise bylaw will be considered on Wednesday, April 3 at the Economic and Community Development Committee meeting. (Not the Licensing and Standards Committee/now called the General Government and Licensing Committee). The report will only be available a week before, on March 27.
