THC comments: ECDC3.6 Noise bylaw Review – Proposed Amendments GENERAL COMMENTS Survey information – 86% of people surveyed said they have no noise issues. This is so general to not be relevant, particularly in areas where people are affected by excessive noise such as from construction noise, amplified sound and leaf blowers.
