The TNC has just submitted to the City for distribution to the Noise Working Group material gathered in discussion is discussion with Charles Shamoon, Assistant Counsel, New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Mr. Shamoon is a lawyer and an engineer and was the lead writer of the NYC award winning Noise Code.
