Rebel House Liquor License decision prohibits outdoor amplified music!

The License Appeal Tribunal’s decision of August 20, 2018 on the case of Powerhouse Corporation vs the Registrar of Alcohol, Gaming and Racing states that the public interest requires there “shall be no amplified music on or directed toward any outdoor are or patio”. The decision was made after a long hearing where the main evidence was provided by the Toronto Islands residents, who provided detailed logs of noise levels.
